Easter is the declaration of new life! Through Christ’s resurrection, we are no longer bound by the chains of sin and death. Instead, we are invited to live in the hope and freedom of his victory. Easter is an invitation to a new life and a new way -- a way of being that is shaped by resurrection, that embodies anything and everything that is life-giving, a way of being that is so counter-cultural, so demonstrative of mercy, so exemplary of the truth of Easter.
Scripture Focus: Luke 24: 1-12
"Why do you look for the living among the dead? He is not here but has risen.”
1. What does faith in the Resurrection mean to you?
2. How does the thought of the Resurrection change your outlook?
3. The Resurrection changed everything. How will it change you this week?
4. Where are the places that you are looking for answers among the dead instead of the living?
5. The invitation is to respond to the Resurrection and not just go home. Where in your personal, professional, or daily life are you being called to respond to the good news of Resurrection life?
